Improving the design of super-lift Luo converter using hybrid switching capacitor-inductor cell for PV system

<p>In this article, an improvement to the positive output super-lift Luo converter (POSLC) has been proposed get high gain at a low duty cycle. Also, reduce stress on switch and diodes, current through inductors loss, increase efficiency. Using hybrid unit composed of four two capacitors it is replaced by main inductor in elementary circuit. It’s charged parallel with same input voltage discharged series. The increased according number components. equation modeled. boundary condition between Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) Discontinuous (DCM) derived. Passive components are designed (8 times D=0.5) ripple about (0.004). circuit simulated analyzed using MATLAB/Simulink. Maximum power point tracker (MPPT) controls provide most interest from solar energy.</p>
